General information
Our mission at As I Am Yoga Community to foster connection and belonging in
Wichita Falls and the surrounding area. We strive to support health in
individuals through yoga and mindfulness. Starting with the heart and
giving attention to the whole body, we teach the body to move in a way that
connects us to our essence. Through love, learning and a little labor, the
body can be nourished to strengthen and to heal itself. We believe yoga
provides a wonderful foundation for whole body health.
We practice many styles of yoga - heated yoga, slow flow yoga, hatha yoga,
vinyasa yoga, forrest yoga, power yoga.
