Our Services:
Wild Thyme Catering is a full-service offsite caterer. We take care of all food requirements, staffing and any necessary rentals including tents, tables and chairs.
Based in Hamilton, our service area encompasses all of Southern Ontario, and can accommodate events ranging from a full service multi-course wedding or corporate event for hundreds, and anything in between.

Our Philosophy:
Cooking with only the highest quality ingredients available, Wild Thyme Catering utilizes as many locally sourced ingredients as possible and everything is always fresh, never frozen.
Presentation is also a key focus of Wild Thyme Catering. Heavy on fresh herbs and edible flowers, our show-stopping platters and plates produce a synchronous blend of eye-catching design and mouth-watering flavors.

Our Chef:
Classically trained, and working in the industry for over 30 years, Chef Rick Aiton practices a culinary art grounded in traditional techniques, yet with his own signature modern flair.
Every item that comes out of Chef Rick’s kitchen is made from scratch.
He insists on using only the finest ingredients available. He utilizes only fresh herbs and all stocks and sauces start from in-house roasted bones. For example his demi-glace takes two full days to create. No roux or wheat products are used to thicken his sauces, only the most natural style of reduction, time.
Chef Rick believes that the least number of steps from source ingredients to the plate produce the highest quality, most nutrition and fullest flavor profile.
