Pamper Mom with a gift from her favorite home party vendor, all in one location! Vendors from "It Works", Tastefully Simple, and Pampered Chef will be present. You can also expect to see purses, jewelry, crafts, baked goods and much more. Saturday 1-4 pm. Open to the public! DJ Marty in the rec hall Saturday evening.

MAY 12 – 14 MOTHER’S DAY CHICKEN BBQ
Hickory Run treats mom like a queen this weekend! We’ll serve you and your family our famous finger-lickin’ good chicken dinner Saturday night. Dinner includes half chicken roasted over an open fire with our special BBQ sauce, potato salad, coleslaw, roll, beverage and dessert. Moms camping two nights eat free with one paid dinner-all others nominal fee. After dinner, karaoke in the rec hall! ***Advance dinner reservations required. FREE pancake breakfast Saturday morning!

MAY 19 – 21 LAS VEGAS
Test Lady Luck this weekend! Spin our Mystery Wheel at registration and receive a discount on your site rental. Saturday night join us for a hand of Blackjack, Poker or give the Roulette Wheel a spin! Games for the kids also with prizes to be awarded at the end of the evening. Viva Las Vegas!

JUNE 9 – 11 CRITTER’S WEEKEND
Pets take center stage this weekend with a pet show, parade and funniest trick contest. Jesse Rothacker from the Forgotten Friend Reptile Sanctuary will be joining us for a reptile show. Kids camp FREE!! FREE pancake breakfast Saturday morning with a movie in the evening.

JUNE 16 – 18 FATHER’S DAY CHICKEN BBQ

JUNE 30 – JULY 4 HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

JULY 14 – 16 PIRATE POOL PARTY

SEPTEMBER 8 – 10 DOG SWIM

SEPTEMBER 15 – 17 CHICKEN BBQ
Due to popular demand, our chefs, Stan, Dan & Rick are ready to do it again! They’re cooking up half a chicken roasted over an open fire with our secret BBQ sauce and serving it with potato salad, cole slaw, roll, beverage and dessert. Um-um good! Reservations for dinner (fee) must be made in advance. FREE pancake breakfast Saturday morning!

SEPTEMBER 22 – 24 50/50 AND BULL ROAST
What a bargain!!! Camp two nights and receive 50% off your site rental. FREE pancake breakfast Saturday morning! And then our Roast beef dinner in the evening on Saturday. Beautiful autumn weather and lots of food…the perfect combo! Campers bring a covered dish – nominal fee for dinner. End the night in the rec hall with DJ Marty!

SEPTEMBER 30 – OCTOBER 2 TROUT FISHING/10th ANNUAL CHILI COOK OFF
Our lake will be restocked with trout for all our fishermen this weekend. We’ll also be hosting our 10th annual chili cook off. Put your chili to the test, if you can stand the heat. Campers vote for their favorite and hottest chili to determine who will reign as our chili champs this year! Cash prizes awarded! Call for rules & details. FREE pancake breakfast Saturday morning!

OCTOBER 6 – 8 COLUMBUS DAY PIG ROAST
Celebrate Columbus’s voyage and the beauty of fall with us this weekend. Our expert chefs will roast a whole pig to absolute perfection. Campers bring a covered dish. (Dinner-nominal fee) Reservations for dinner must be made in advance. FREE pancake breakfast Saturday morning! Join us in the rec hall Saturday night for some Karaoke with Maryoke!

OCTOBER 13 – 15, 20 - 22, and 27 - 29 HALLOWEEN I, II, and III
Hickory Run dares all ghouls and goblins to come to our neck of the woods for these bewitching weekends. Hayrides for everyone, trick or treat and a party for the kids, prizes for the best decorated sites, cutest baby contest, pet costume contest, costume party for the adults, jack-o'-lantern contest, golf cart parade and the “TRAILER of TERROR” for those brave enough to enter! FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!! (ALL day visitors are $5.00 per person)
