General information

When you’re constantly on the run, like I was, the last thing you worry about is nutrition. I should know. My life was on fast forward for years. Sadly, I didn’t always make the right choices. And sometimes, the choices were between bad…and worse.

But eating poorly caught up to me. If it wasn’t immediate regret due to indigestion, it was a lack of energy, lost sleep, and feelings of guilt days later when I stepped on the scale.

That’s when I started looking for healthy “on-the-go” nutrition options. But reading the labels was as confusing as reading flight schedules. So I dreamed up an on-the-go nutrition system for people who want to eat healthier, but don’t have the time or knowledge to make wise eating decisions on the road.

It needed to be easy. So I dreamed up something simple: 200 calories, 20 grams protein, 20 grams carbs, and 10 grams fat. The SIX PAC OTG bar was born.
