What is floating?

Though flotation is an effortless therapy, the body and mind actually learn how to relax into the float with each session and we encourage guests to return to floating more than once and to receive sessions on a regular basis to maintain and experience all of the incredible benefits.

Why float?

Floating in a super saturated solution of Epsom salt and water frees you from the sensation of gravity, temperature, touch, sight and sound. This environment conserves and redirects vast amounts of physical and mental energy and will leave you with a euphoric afterglow that can last for days. Being weightless in the tank decompresses the spine and induces a state of ultra-deep relaxation that will lower cortisol and melt away the tension stored in muscles.
