In addition, Louis has successfully tried cases involving complicated trust litigation issues such as breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, fraud and mental capacity. In addition, he and his team navigate trustees through the often confusing waters of the trust administration process.

Louis' approach centers on catering to the needs of each particular client in a highly personal manner that brings the legal experience directly to them. Although centrally located in Calabasas, Louis and his team travel to wherever the client is to get the job done in the most convenient way.

A graduate of the Pepperdine University School of Law, Louis Pacella has been assisting families with their legal needs since his admission to the State Bar of California in 2003. While his extensive experience with litigation and estate planning matters make him a valuable asset to his clients, it is his "house call" approach and willingness to travel to the client that sets him apart.
