At Terry Hess Law, I understand that getting in trouble with the authorities, whether it be a simple speeding ticket or a felony criminal offense, can impact the mental, emotional and physical well-being of the accused as well as their loved ones.

I have spent the last 14 years helping people deal with legal missteps big and small. I try to encourage my clients to allow me to be burdened with their legal problems so that, while their cases are pending, they can carry-on with the other important matters in their day-to-day lives. At Terry Hess Law, we strive to make competent and qualified legal defense affordable. Therefore, there is no fee for contacting us and requesting an office or jail consultation. For those who live outside the State College area, phone consultations are possible. Most of the time, flat-fee quotations can be made at the time of consultation, so you’ll know exactly what your defense will cost up front.
