How Craig's Exchange works:

Step 1: WE NEED TO SEE IT: We need to determine whether your item/s are something we can sell for you. This can happen in one of two ways also with a prep step:

1. BRING YOUR ITEM TO US: The easiest way to process your item with us, is to bring the item/s to our store Monday through Saturday, prior to 8 P.M. no appointments necessary. If you have large items, please submit a photo first (see below). We will establish a fair market value for your item. Give us a few days to get your items inventoried, priced, ticketed, and on the floor. You may call us anytime or stop in to obtain a copy of your priced items.

2. A PICTURE TELLS A THOUSAND WORDS: Email digital photographs to Info@CraigsExchange.com. Be sure to include a phone number where we can contact you to further discuss your items. If you bring your photographs into the store, it helps also.

3. GET IT READY: please bring in items that are cleaned, polished, and in good working condition. If not cleaned, we will apply a cleaning charge to the item.

Step 2: GET IT TO US: Your item/s needs to find its way to our showroom floor. This can happen in one of two ways:

a) Bring your item to our showroom, Monday to Saturday between 11 A.M. and 8 P.M. If it is an extremely heavy item, however, bring it on the weekend so our extra staff can to help unload.

b) We can provide you with our professional transfer team whom can pick-up your item and deliver.

Step 3- GETTING YOUR MONEY: You may pick up your check minutes after your item is sold. If pick up is impossible don’t worry we have you covered. we will mail your check directly to you.

IF YOUR ITEM DOESN’T SELL: as we have years of experience in determining high valued items, it is unusual that your item won’t sell. In the rare cases, when Items remain on our showroom floor for over 60 days (90 days optional), you can decide to come and collect your items, or you can accept the offer of the store. You must pick up your items within 15 day after the 60th day (90th optional), If the item hasn’t been reclaimed within 15 days after the notice, the item will become property of Craig's Exchange, or we will find a good charity for the item.

We professionally coordinate and arrange your items to look their best on our bustling showroom floor. We will do all of the advertising, and you pick up the check or receive it in the mail.
