General information

Toyota of Wausau was the first venture outside of the Madison, WI area for our automotive group. It was also the first import brand we took on to give us a greater reach in the WI automotive marketing.

our General Manager grew up in Sauk City, WI, the location of the Ballweg Family of Dealerships' headquarters, and had been part of our business since 2001 before he took on the leadership role in Wausau. His vast experience in sales, service, parts, accounting, finance and management made him the perfect fit for our expansion in the import market.

And although we were new to the Wausau/Stevens Point area when we opened in 2007, Toyota of Wausau quickly became a fixture in the community. We are proud to support local charity efforts such as the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store and many others. We earned the Toyota President's Award for the last six years, which proves our passion for excellent service and products.
