We are recognized as the sensors and miniaturized systems engineering research laboratory. Our collaborative effort with government labs and agencies continue to realize groundbreaking advances in integrated micromachined sensors dealing with mechanics, electronics, acoustics, thermal, chemical, biological and medical applications. Beyond sensors our scientists and engineers package these devices in miniaturized power concious systems with usable human intefaces.
