The Rattunde ACS Saw automatically cuts mill length tubes and bars to finished part lengths utilizing the most efficient cold saw cutting process. In addition to saw cutting, the Rattunde product line offers integration with brush deburring, washing and drying, automatic packaging and container changing, chamfering, end machining, threading, boring, groove machining and profile turning. The saw blade is automatically controlled for speed and feed rate with a custom developed sawing algorithm. This process yields the fastest cutting time, best surface finish, longest saw blade life and overall reduced costs.
