Stemming from a long line of values, owner Shelley Go ( Author of Pheeding Phoenix and the leader of Ottawa Anaphylaxis support Group)and her daughter Anya,developed the concept six years ago to help raise money for the women's shelters in the comox valley, B.C. Then the need arose for allergy free baking when her son was born with 22 allergies.
After perfecting her recipes she is now ready to share them with the community in hopes to make the lives of people suffering with food allergies safer and more convenient..
