NovaCare Rehabilitation is a leader in physical therapy, hand therapy, sports medicine and work health services. NovaCare is part of Select Medical, one of the nation’s largest providers of specialized acute care and post-acute care. Select Medical operates more than 1,600 outpatient clinics operating as Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Specialists, First Choice Rehabilitation Specialists, Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team (KORT), Kessler Rehabilitation Centers, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Saco Bay Physical Therapy, Select Physical Therapy, and SSM Physical Therapy.

Our centers offer a wide range of general physical therapy services such as hand/occupational therapy, sports rehabilitation, work injury prevention and management. Select Medical empowers its therapists by providing an industry-leading library of clinical education opportunities. Together with its sister brands, NovaCare Rehabilitation helps to provide physical therapy and/or athletic training services to approximately 300 high schools, colleges, and professional teams nationwide.

Select Medical also operates more than 120 specialized hospitals nationwide including Great Lakes Specialty Hospital, Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, Penn State Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital, Regency Hospitals, Scottsdale Healthcare Rehabilitation Hospital, Select Specialty Hospitals, Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton, Select Specialty Hospital of San Antonio, SSM Rehabilitation Hospital and West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital. It operates another 500 rehabilitation units under contract in skilled nursing facilities.
