At the bakery we use only the best ingredients, freshest fruit and most skilled chefs to create what we have to offer. Everything is made in house which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere and the customers can watch the product being made through glass windows into the kitchen. BjornBar’s vision and concept is home style baking with a sophisticated edge; in short “elevated nostalgic baking” The decor in this beautiful bakery is a mix of smooth dark woods, brushed metal, antique leather with a European edge, vintage lighting, classic clean edges and a slight masculine finish.
