I'm Natasha Martel, a Calgary-based Holistic Nutritionist and Reiki Master. I am passionate about helping people discover how nutritional and lifestyle changes can dramatically improve their quality of life. Humans are incredibly resilient! I truly believe that no matter the health struggles we might be facing, we can move from a place of merely surviving, to adopting a posture of thriving! Due to my own journey to health, I am particularly passionate about helping those with rare and difficult to treat conditions.
