General information

Coming from different backgrounds, they pooled their knowledge to develop a more comprehensive martial arts program containing elements of KungFu, Okinawa Te, Combat Judo and western methods like boxing.

Instruction is based on forms (Kata) and their analysis, extensive partner training as well as individual, small group study and exploration of presented material. the goal is to train thinking and analytical martial artist who can see beyond the confines of the systems. as such, cross training and the study of other system is encouraged. The focus is on civilian self defense, not on the modern sporting versions of martial arts.
