General information

Nicole Bailey Athletic Therapy, in partnership with Lift Guelph, is located at 20 Douglas St. in the upstairs of the old red brick building.

Nicole Bailey Athletic Therapy offers:

-Assessment of acute and chronic injuries
-Functional individualized rehabilitation programs that include, but are not limited to, manual therapy, strengthening, and techniques to increase mobility
-Injury prevention programs
-Reconditioning and Conditioning programs, developed to specifically meet the demands placed on the patient in their workplace, sport, and/or everyday activities
-Sporting event coverage

Nicole completed her BSc Honors Specialization in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Education (I/S) at The University of Western Ontario. She later completed her Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University.

While in school Nicole played 10 years of competitive rugby, representing Ontario, Canada, and Western University, the back-to-back CIS Gold Medalists in ’04 and ’05. Her personal experience as an athlete, and with injury, allows her to better relate to patients. She works with them to develop a personalized treatment plan that will return them to pre-injury levels safely and more quickly.

Nicole is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach and offers one-on-one training sessions and program design.
