It is fitting that C.T. Male Associates has grown to be a firm with a wide variety of capabilities, for it was founded by a man whose personal interests and talents included music, mathematics, engineering, politics, teaching and community service. In 1910 Charles Male began the consulting engineering firm that evolved into C.T. Male Associates, 100+ years later.

Today C.T. Male Associates has approximately 115 full-time employees. Our growth and reputation have been made possible by the many talented people who have been with us over the years. Our philosophy is to involve professionally qualified and competent employees in the management and ownership of the firm, as evidenced by the credentials of our Board of Directors and Shareholders.
