General information

Our goal is to enrich campers’ lives with activities that are exciting, fun, empowering, safe, and medically sound. When a child leaves Double H, he or she goes home with memories that are impervious to illness – experiences that are relived, cherished, and passed on to others. But it’s not only the children who revel in the joy of camp: It’s also their parents. Their siblings. Friends. Teachers. Neighbors. Indeed, the entire community benefits from knowing that there is something, however small, that we can do for kids who need it most.
The camp, sprung from the vision of just 2 men, has grown to include seasonal programs that annually serve over 2,000 children and their families. And with the dedication of our volunteers and donors, there’s no telling how many lives we can touch, how many stories we can inspire, or how many dreams we can make come true.
