Renovations at the historic Victoria Riverside mill are now complete and tenants are beginning occupancy now. Because of the 18’ ceilings, the architect has created a unique design with living space on two floors within the unit with a balcony on the second floor overlooking open space on the first floor. Traditional loft units are also available with living space on one floor. Built in 1896 by William Whitman, Victoria Riverside is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and was designed by Charles Makepeace, an internationally famous architect. At its peak, the mill was equipped with 177,608 spindles and 4,610 looms.
