La Causerie, also known as Uncle Joe’s Sugar Bush is a beautiful place in
the middle of a 125 acres maple forest. Located only 45 km from the city of
Moncton and opened in 1965 as a Sugar Camp, La Causerie is today also a
well-known restaurant and bar in a rustic atmosphere. Experience our unique
“Sugar Bush” and nature ambiance with your friends and family. Unspoiled
nature is waiting to be explored. We are available for booking for
weddings, birthdays, family outings or other special events. We are open on
