Scot Candell is one of the most skilled, aggressive and successful attorneys in the bay area. He practices law at both Federal and State levels in order to defend those that have been accused of a crime and to help those who have been injured through no fault of their own. Mr. Candell graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree at Tufts University in Medford, MA. He is licensed to practice law in all California courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and all New York State Courts. Mr. Candell is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association as well as the California Public Defenders Association.
