With the client’s self-awareness and self-care, we help solve personal dilemmas to improve health and wellness. With excellence and kindness, we partner with individuals and families using alternative and natural medicine, coaching skills, motivational interviewing, and intuitive medicine.

Our practice reflects our beliefs in freedom of choice, transparency, and integrity by being a good listener, having a positive attitude, and bringing knowledge and organization to provide holistic health, to develop an individualized treatment plan, to teach health and wellness from within, and to allow exploration and growth of self and spirit in a caring, safe, and open environment of ongoing support.

We use health coaching for adults, for children and families to reduce stress, balance life, and gain healthy lifestyle habits. We recommend vitamins, minerals, herbs, nutritional supplements, diet, exercise, and homeopathy. We help you heal through meditation, feng shui, qui gong, massage, motivational interviewing, and spiritual development. We refer for other complementary and alternative healing methods, like acupuncture, chiropractic, etc.

Appointments are in person, by phone, Skype, and email. We can follow clients for several months as they gradually change their lives for the better. We have practice locations in the Baltimore, MD area.
