General information
Since 1974 my career has been dedicated to production composite yacht construction and design. I am a lifelong boating and sailing enthusiast with 40 years experience building production fiberglass boats and occasionally getting time to use them on the Atlantic, Chesapeake Bay, Delaware Bay, and the English Channel.
I am a member of Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors, AMS #1108, and hold a USCG Master licence up to 100 tons power and sail. Governors Landing Associates LLC was founded in 2008.
I am committed to providing the very best personal service to my clients. I specialize in insurance claim work, investigations for boat builders and the legal community. I also perform cost-based appraisals of unusual yachts that cannot be valued by conventional comparable sale methods for donation and estate settlement purposes. I have experience working with legal counsel and technical personnel.
