Since starting his fitness journey in 2012, Alberto has progressed from 5k and 10k road races to extreme endurance events that can run well over 48 hours. In the last two years he has run over 10 trail ultra-marathons including the 100k and 100 mile distances. He is currently training for a Texas mountain 100 mile race in El Paso. He has been a CrossFit athlete since 2013.

Growing up, Julia has always been involved in sports such as basketball and volleyball. The love of living an active healthy life has propelled her to shatter limitations that some would deem impossible such as four 60k night trail races over a 3 month span, obstacle course races and multiple ultra-marathon events throughout the Texas region. She has a passion to see others exceed at their fitness goals and dreams and will do all she can to see you succeed.

We offer small group classes led by a certified trainer who will motivate you to perform at your best. Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level. Beware, we are not a globo-gym! We have no ellipticals, no smoothie bar, no mirrors, and no excuses!!! Just an intense workout designed daily to suit each individual's needs. It's not easy. You will leave each session feeling exhilarated and exhausted at the same time.
