TDC Family Law specializes and solely works in the area of Family Law. With Tracy and her great support staff at your side you know you are getting the professionalism and expertise in the area for which you hired us. The law is constantly changing and we are able to focus on the areas required to help you through your hard time and protect your interests. Areas included within Family Law include child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, same-sex marriages, real and personal property rights, as well as business rights and distribution of assets.

Our philosophy in handling family law matters is to start with efforts to settle rather than plunge into a full adversarial process, while still protecting the rights of our clients. However, should being an adversary become necessary, we are fully prepared to take on that role.
