Cobblestone Health and Judith Cobb are all about making natural health and attainable goal. I love to publish articles and teach classes that provide 'meaty' and accurate information that is do-able.

I love working with fertility - and have coached many couples to health that allowed them to conceive and have healthy babies.
Supporting pregnant women to have healthier pregnancies and to understand their labor/delivery options is just fun, in my opinion. Empowering women and their partners with knowledge to enable them to enjoy the birth experience - that's just a thrill!

I get really excited when I get the "I'm pregnant' phone calls from women for whom I was the 'last ditch attempt' at getting pregnant.

I have worked with many clients who had problems breastfeeding - where baby was losing weight. Where lactation consultants had failed I have succeeded and the new nursing couples have gone on to long and healthy breastfeeding relationships.

Moms who are new to natural health often have questions and fears about doing things naturally instead of medically. I was there once myself. I really did 'go it alone' when we had our babies. There was no one to turn to with baby/children herbal questions. I had to figure it out for myself - and sharing this information to help moms keep their infants and children off antibiotics and make their children healthier day by day is a prime goal for me.

Solving hormonal issues for women is delightful. To start with a woman who has miserable periods and turn that around in a few short months to where her periods are no longer painful or problematic is wonderful to watch.

As my clientele has gotten older with me I have added a passion for working with menopause. Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and weight gain are not inevitable or necessary. Helping women feel strong, vibrant, and in charge of their health as they go through menopause empowers them to radiate positive, confident energy everywhere they go. They become wise women as they continue to learn and share what they have learned.

Working especially with women and children - that is my joy. I do work with the men in their lives, too.
