Calgary's premier rowing and fitness studio located in Mission. Work over 85% of the muscles in your body using Concept2 rowing machines in just 40 minutes. Our low-impact, high-energy, community driven classes are taught by dedicated personal instructors that can handle any size class and skill level. Combination classes Crew Cross and Crew Flow allow you to add variety to your fitness routine without leaving the studio.
Large, accessible change rooms and showers are packed with premium amenities, designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Our second level FREE parkade with direct access to the facility ensures getting your workout done is as easy as possible.
