Michael T. Nailor started Nailor Industries with the founding principle that the company would be customer focused, service orientated and dedicated to fulfilling the need for high quality, competitively priced innovative products.

Nailor Industries, Inc, operating under Nailor International Group, is a privately held, family owned company with headquarters located in Houston, TX. The group consists of several business units: Nailor (Air Control & Distribution products, Terminal Units, Electric Duct Heaters), Engineered Comfort (Fan Coil Units), Thermal Corporation (Custom Air Handlers, Blower Coils), Klean Aire (Filter Housings), Engineered Acoustics (Duct Silencers), Nailor GTA, Manufactured Air Products [MAP] (Air Control & Distribution products) and Advanced Air.

Nailor has maintained a strict adherence to our ‘Superior Customer Service’ philosophy for almost a half a century and as a result, the company has been rewarded with a continually increasing demand for our products. Nailor continues to demonstrate a technical leadership role through the development of new products that exceed industry standard design and performance specifications, as well as further the advancement of the HVAC industry with participation in many trade associations (ASHRAE, AHRI, AMCA, NFPA, SMACNA, to name a few).

As a commitment to push the industry forward and continue our mission to innovate, our Houston facility houses a 40,000 square foot laboratory designed for research and development of many types of products in any given environment desired.
