We passionately join forces with Catholic Charities USA and other social service agencies to provide hope and opportunity to children, families and seniors in our community.

Community support makes our ministry possible. With help from donors and volunteers, we are able to provide food, financial assistance, access to medical care and more. Together, we are bringing hope to the hopeless.
