A BC-owned and operated company, Opus owner David van Berckel opened in 1974 in Vancouver and has since expanded to 7 stores throughout the province (Granville Island and Downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Langley, Victoria, and Kelowna), in addition to a national mail order service.
