FitLife offers a variety of membership types, service and amenities to its members and patients.
1, 3 and 6 month memberships as well as annual options are available. All of our memberships are "all-inclusive" meaning complete, unlimited access to the fitness center, pool, whirlpool and locker accompanies all memberships. In addition, members receive complimentary childcare, group exercise classes and a towel service.
Our Physical Therapy clinic participates with all major insurance companies including Pennsylvania Worker's compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents. All you need to get started is a prescription from your physician.
