Locarise は実店舗営業店舗へのデータによる顧客分析サービスを提供しています。弊社の提供するセンサーデバイスを設置、または元々備わっているネットワーク環境を使うことで、スマートフォンなどから発信される匿名Wi-Fi信号を収集し、小売店舗、ビル管理者に必要な人々の行き来（トラフィック）を測定、統計致します。

エンゲージメント率、訪問滞留時間、訪問頻度などの測定により、小売店舗はマーケティング、販売、運営方法の最適化をすることができます。 また物件所有者には、ユニット価格の設定、デジタルサイネージの改善、最適なテナントの選定をする際に役立つ、「人の流れ」や「場所の込み具合」といったデータを提供します。

Locarise is an analytics service for bricks and mortar shops. With our own sensors or an existing compatible network infrastructure, we collect anonymous Wi-Fi signals broadcasted by smart phones and aggregate them to deliver foot traffic metrics to retailers and building managers.

In providing metrics like engagement rate, visit duration, and visit frequency, retailers can optimize the performance of their marketing, merchandising, and operations. For property owner, traffic flows, shopper profile and space occupation help them define their units pricing, improve signage and select the right tenants.
