XARC Mastering

General information

When I started XARC Mastering, I did so to achieve a simple goal -- ensuring that those who create music are empowered with the ability to express that music, in all its richness, emotion, beauty and humanity. It is simply this, a credo of empowering musical expression -- nothing more, and certainly nothing less -- that guides me in my daily work.

My task is commonly referred to as "mastering," or more correctly, "pre-mastering": the final step before manufacture of CDs and Vinyl Albums. The overall goal of the process is to maximize the quality of each song, ensuring that my clients' music sounds as good as possible, and as expressive as I am capable.

The mastering process is truly as much an art as a science, involving a variety of technical processes and associated audio equipment. But, equally important are the "fresh ears" of the experienced mastering engineer. Combining technology, skill, and the 'art' of mastering, I am able to ensure your music sounds exactly as it should, easily accessible for everyone through the internet.
