We understand what it is to work on an occupied building from security aspects, managing on site traffic requirements, control of access for our workforce and maintain the weather tightness of the building. Therefore disruption is kept to a minimum to facilitate a good working environment for both parties.

Shutdown work is also something we are very experienced in. We can co-ordinate and programme your re-roofing project to fit in with the shutdown period so that the works are complete in time for your business to re- open.

All our operatives are fully trained in all aspects of Health and Safety and are directly employed by us and are not labour only sub-contractors. We provide regular training for our Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Foremen and Operatives alike to keep their personal Training Matrix up to date.

Every single project, large or small, is viewed exactly the same by us in as much that the same planning, careful consideration of everyone’s welfare is always reflected in our operations. To this end Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for every project or task.

Our own Safety Officer carries out regular site visits and carries out Safety Audits which are recorded and kept in the site files for inspection and reference.

The workforce is continually kept abreast of the very latest legislation and relevant regulations of their trade. Toolbox Talks are a regular feature on site and are given by all of the operatives involved on the project so that each of them has a better understanding of their own and their colleague’s responsibilities to each other.

All aspects of our works are covered in our safety documents whether it’s operating cherry pickers, scissor lifts, telehandlers or erecting towers, tying ladders or operating tools we leave nothing to chance by providing the right training and licences for these duties. Safety isn’t just something that we discuss it’s something we practice is at the very core of every job we do.

Our training also includes the products we use by engaging with suppliers in ongoing, up to date technical training for our workforce so that the right result is achieved when using the specified materials.

To carry out our works to the required standards of our clients we have to look at the key elements needed ; planning, management, service and quality.

At initial meetings with client’s it is essential we grab the requirements needed for the problems that they are incurring with their building. These discussions can then allow us to propose the right solution for the problem. We can then compile an exact quotation detailing the correct specification and definitive costs.
