Brigdens was originally a high quality tailors founded by a man called George Brigden making uniforms for both military and household staff in the late 1800’s.
Its reputation for service and quality has always been upheld and is still as important today as it was a hundred years ago.
Today Brigdens is well known for offering quality tailoring and designer labels. Some of our brands will be more well known than others but there is one thing you can be sure of is that all our clothes will have been carefully considered for both quality and style. The tailoring traditions have been upheld and today we still carry out all clothing alterations in our own tailoring workshop allowing us to provide a near perfect fit on off-the-peg garments as well as personally tailored ones.
