Metro Health & Wellbeing itself has been established for over 22 years; with a patient database which is now well in excess of over 12,000.

We pride ourselves as being one of the largest private practices in the Northwest with a total of twelve clinics situated in Bolton, Denton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Middleton, Oldham, Prenton, Sale, Salford, Sharston, Stockport and Walkden.

• Within a 24 hour time frame a patient can:
1. Be referred via email, telephone, fax or post.
2. Be offered a same day appointment.
3. Be provided with a thorough assessment.
4. Have their condition diagnosed.
5. Have the condition clearly explained to them.

7. Be given advice on self management.
8. Have a fully typed report sent back to our head office which is checked by our admin team and then sent to the referrer with all details regarding working restrictions, prognosis, self management advice and any other specific questions answered.

• We can offer appointments 6 days a week, ranging from 7am till 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am till 3pm on Saturdays.

• We guarantee that we can provide appointments within 48 hours, almost always within 24 hours and on most occasions on the same day.

• We have our own bespoke software management system which can tailor make high-quality reports for our patients and clients.

• Reports can be sent within 10 minutes of patient leaving the appointment and are always sent within 12 hours.

• All our reports are checked by a non medical person at head office.

• Our patient management system ensures that patients who cancel or fail to attend are never lost in the system.
