WHO IS ROCK COMMERCIAL
Rock commercial was established by Peter Van de Velde in Spring 2008 with a view to offering a bespoke personal service with an informed professional view on the commercial property market whether buying, selling or leasing.

Peter has accumulated over 25 years’ experience in property having started his career as a residential estate agent in Norfolk for a large national chain covering a broad range of markets from market towns, rural villages and cities.

Peter returned to Guernsey in 1992 and started working for an independent agency from where he went onto focus on commercial agency. Peter worked for ComProp, who at the time was a significant developer on the island developing the Admiral’s Park complex which comprised of retail outlets, residential apartments and offices. He ran the agency side of the company achieving many sales of the largest office blocks in the Island.

Rock Commercial has been instrumental in acquiring and selling many investments in Guernsey and Jersey. Their professional team work hard on behalf of their clients and possess a first class knowledge of the commercial property market in Guernsey and Jersey.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The company provides a bespoke personal service, our professional team will look at the requirements of the client and tailor a property management service to suit the client’s needs.

Fran Bourget is Rock Commercial’s new property manager. She brings 17 years’ property market experience, having previously worked in both the residential lettings and sales sectors with some of the island’s largest agencies. In her new role Fran will be responsible for managing the company’s commercial property portfolio as well as assisting with the lettings process.

Their significant management portfolio includes many well-known offices, retail and warehouse buildings. The bespoke services have proven to be very appealing to landlords with very competitive rates and direct contact with the property managers.
