Thank you for showing interest in Excelsior Entertainments for all your Disco and Karaoke requirements.

We have been serving the Barnsley area since being established on November 1st 1997 but our experience dates back to 1990.

All our Dj’s have completed courses in Radio Broadcast Skills and Presenting and have all presented shows on local, community and Internet Radio Stations in both the South and West Yorkshire area including :

• YMCA Radio Barnsley
• Locke FM
• Horizon Radio
• W.A.B Radio aka We Are Barnsley Radio

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US ?

All our Staff are approachable and are also open to suggestion on how your party can be enhanced or improved once they arrive.

e.g. If the volume is too loud or the location of the equipment causes discomfort to you or your guests.

MUSIC FORMAT - DISCO and KARAOKE

Our music collection covers every genre of music and style from the old to the new and every other theme in between.

Each of our bookings are tailored to the clients requirements weather it is a family occasion that warrants hits and memories from all decades to a specific genre such as a theme night.

WE CAN PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING

MYTH BUSTING INFORMATION

In a world of politically correct and Health and Safety nonsense it can be hard telling fact from fiction.

When ringing for a quote a company may or may not present you with a set of mind boggling facts to convince you their business and quote is the best.

They may also tell you that these facts are required by law.

However, in most cases they are not. Some of these “facts” presented to you are as follows.

• Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
• Public Liability Insurance
• PAT Tested Equipment
• CRB Checks
• PPL and PRS Licence

Customers may often and may well choose the lowest quote when ringing to enquire and why not, after all we all love a good bargain especially in the current financial climate.

However, from experience the lowest quote does not always ensure the highest service.

Therefore, when collecting quotes all we ask of you is to consider these questions when ringing other firms.

• Do they have Public Liability Insurance in case you or your guests are injured by their equipment ? (our Insurance documents are available for your inspection)

• Do they confirm your booking in writing or via Email ?

• Will they listen to your instructions as to their favourite requests i.e. artists and genres and any other requirements ?

• Do they own, carry and talk on a microphone or do they just turn up and play the music they want ?

Then ask yourself why they are so cheap !

However, as a professional company we only ask one thing in return and that is :

If we respect you as a customer and listen to your needs then you and your guests treat Excelsior Entertainments and our Dj’s with the same respect in return at your booking.

If you do decide to book with Excelsior Entertainments your booking will be confirmed in writing or via Email.

On the day you will receive a confirmation text to let you know we are on our way to your booking.

Excelsior Entertainments are a Square and Level business.
