General information

Atracore is a young start-up, emerged in 2012 from the encounter of Belgian and French businessmen. It is located in Cluj-Napoca, a place renowned in Europe for engineering and outsourcing of IT services.

Our company delivers services and complementary expertise in the field of IT companies operating in diverse areas: pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, food and banking, specifically on the Romanian, Belgian and French markets and generally on the European and North-American ones, and we are proud to successfully combine innovation and dynamism in three new divisions enabling its clients to meet the new challenges of the 21st century:
1. Learning & Development: CMS - eLearning design - conversion and optimization of PowerPoint presentations into eLearning contents using Articulate� and Adobe Captivate� software, translation in Dutch, French, English and Romanian of eLearning training content; LMS - Moodle, users’ management; webinars - content and sessions organization; trainings F2F - instructor led trainings.
2. Information Technology: Software Development & Testing: provide software solutions on any database environment (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Filemaker Pro, etc.) and with any technology (Java, .Net, XML, CSS, HTML5, Cloud), internet and intranet solutions from the definition of your graphic chart to the hosting of your website, mobile solutions, webinar - technical solution and eLearning - hosting solution; The software testing covers all the activities needed to be performed for the identification of bugs/errors/defects in the software like: manual testing, black and white-box testing, functional and non-functional testing, documentation, etc.; Development of EDC tools (customized web-based tools and surveys), Annotated CRF, Data collection, CRF tracking, data exports, Users management, Training and user support, Database locking, Hosting; IT services: service desk, IT service support (installation, configuration and maintaining of IT infrastructure, networking, applications, consultancy, storage and backup, hardware and software solutions, database, mail system, phone, etc.); IT Project Management.
3. Business Support: provide Quality Assurance Management; IT validation services can cover the following: IT Infrastructure validation, software validation, supplier qualification, IT Change Control Management, etc. and different steps of the validation process: project initiation, preparation, blueprint & specification, realization, performance qualification, etc.; Business Process Outsourcing are comprised of office support, staffing, back-office; Translation Services Outsourcing.

Atracore’s future projects include the development of our existing activities and also envisaging the creation of a new training platform and of a call centre dedicated to IT support. Furthermore, we intend to supply strong scientific profiles adequate to new quality demands within relevant industries.
