Always our site is up to date. Everyday we add the new properties and delete the old ones. We'll take care of everything for You!

Room numbers always include the living room and bed room as well
There are two systems of heating in Szeged,with or without measurement clocks.If a flat has a water or gas clock,so you will pay for what you use,but if there is no water and/or gas clock, you will pay some fix money per month and in the end of year, the water and/or gas company give the bill for all year
From one end of Szeged till other end of Szeged is just 30 minutes on foot
University is in the centre of city,just the anatomy building is not in the centre
If your flat is close to tram number one ,so you can be everywhere, because it is from one end to other end of city
You can buy monthly ticket for a tram or bus.(cheap for students)
Every of our flat has high speed internet, telephone and cable tv (sometime satelit receiver)
Common costs include the trash costs, cleaning out the stairway
Your deposit is usually 1or 2 months
As you go far from centre, there will be more new flats
For renting a flat 3 factor is important:location & decoration &price
If you know what is the most important thing for you,then you can choose better, price? Location? or decoration? Sometimes it does not come everything together!

If already you are in szeged, the best is coming here to our office (we are just 2 minutes far from university)
You can pick up 1-2 flats to see personally (the best flats you like)
We will arrange an appointment with the owners of flats to see the flats
If you need something extra in the flat, we will ask the owners to provide it for you
After seeing the flat you will decide which is the best and you want to take it
Bargaining is our duty:We cannot make the flats(which you like) bigger or smaller, neither can bring that special flat closer to the centre, even not to bring the flat from 3rd floor to 2nd floor! But :we are the best bargainer in the city (with the flavour of East!) We are on your side to make the price as friendly as you like!
Then we will write contract for you (in Hungarian &English language)
we will be with you till end of your tenancy period, as translator or your lawyer
When you sign the contract,suppose to pay the deposit of flat
You pay the rent in first of month,not in the end of month(Hungarian civil law)
