The villa is located near Episkopi village where you can find a lot of small traditional churches and a small World War 2 museum with exhibits from the Cretan battle. Also there are a lot of traditional cafes where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and a lot of mini markets for your groceries.

Villa Margarita is only 8 minute drive from the nearest beach, 15 minutes drive from Heraklion airport and 20 minutes from Heraklion city. Other places worth to visit is the Knossos palace and the archeological museum in Heraklion city. A water park is 20 minutes drive from the villa and a Golf course about 30 minutes drive.

The villa is located 10 minutes away from the main highway of Crete which connects the the whole island from West to East, so it has the best location if you are interesting of visiting the rest of the island.
A car or bike is highly recommended for this area, as there is a lot to see. Villa Margarita has a secure and private underground parking with an electric gate also a private side road which fits more than 20 cars.
