Founded in 2004 by Vazaios Petropoulos following a long cooperation period of its members (D. Karelis, S. Pantavos, C. Smyrnis, N. Chatzidimos). The group has the ability to cope in any given environment and deliver projects with the highest standards of responsibility and professionalism. The main axis of the work is the relationship of the man/user with the structured space and the harmonious integration of space into the environment.

Functionality and aesthetics, attention to detail, uniqueness of design, project overview and strategy development from the early stages of design. Construction following the state of the art in energy and construction technologies.

The office has extensive experience in residential buildings, hotels, groups of residents, offices, shops.

"Γραφείο 265 Αρχιτεκτονική + Κατασκευή"

Ιδρύθηκε το 2004 από τον Βαζαίο Πετρόπουλο έπειτα από επιτυχή προγενέστερη και μακρόχρονη συνεργασία με τα λοιπά μέλη του (Δ. Καρέλης, Στρ. Πανταβό, Χρ. Σμυρνή, Ν. Χατζηδήμο). Η ομάδα έχει τη δυνατότητα αντιμετώπισης και επιτυχούς διεκπεραίωσης έργων με υψηλά στάνταρ ευθύνης και επαγγελματισμού. Βασικός άξονας της δουλειάς του γραφείου είναι η σχέση του ανθρώπου/χρήστη με το δομημένο χώρο και η αρμονική συνύπαρξη του χώρου με το περιβάλλον.

Λειτουργικότητα και αισθητική, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, μοναδικότητα του έργου, συνολική θεώρηση από την πρώτη στιγμή του σχεδιασμού. Κατασκευές που ακολουθούν τα νέα τεχνολογικά και ενεργειακά δεδομένα.

Το γραφείο έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία σε κτίρια κατοικιών, ξενοδοχείων, κτιριακών συγκροτημάτων, γραφείων, καταστημάτων.
