About The Coffee is a destination shop located in Kansas City, MO, created by Marty and Tooti Roe. We cater to the coffee curious that want to try out brewers, machines, grinders, tampers, and so on, without having to view online only. Basically, a toy store for coffee fanatics. We support our local Kansas City coffee roasters by selling 4 ounce bags from 17 local roasters. Come on by and try a roaster you may not know, take some beans home and enjoy some of the best our local roasters have to offer. No attitude here and we keep it very loose and chill. We welcome the hardcore fan all the way to the beginner.

We're a bit off the grid in location, but still in the heart of the city near Boulevard Brewing Company and Southwest Trafficway. Doesn't make sense, but you'll see what we mean when you get a chance to visit. We are the last building on the RIGHT.
