No TV dinners, No juice, No canned soup … just fresh. We will do our best to conquer our bit of the world. Each day we will come and make the best food we know how. We will use the best ingredients from places we know … Alberta beef, fresh vegetables, clams from the east coast of Canada, fresh mushrooms from B.C. We think it’s important. There is a great deal of satisfaction to be gained from making something well. Making something of such great quality that you know people will enjoy and appreciate. It makes the hard work and obsessing over each detail worth the effort. That is our reward. No additives, no preservatives, and nothing we can’t pronounce. Just the best tasting food that time and skill will allow.
