He has, and perhaps what makes what he does so unique, is that he doesn't withhold that level of skill and equipment from the local homeowner. From repairs on tracked earth moving equipment to broken mailboxes. -Steel -Aluminum -Cast Aluminum -Stainless Steel Since 2015 Clint has amassed an amazing amount of equipment and very little overhead. Clint also served 8 years in the Marine Corps reserves while simultaneously working at Yamaha Motor Manufacturing. While in the Corps he attained dual qualified plane captain status on both Huey and Cobra Helicopters. While there he also sought out ways to reduce waste and inefficiency which is one of the primary reason he was able to achieve the rank of Sergeant in less than 5 years. During his time at Yamaha Motor Manufacturing for 10years. Clint did not sit idly by and wait for opportunity to come to him. Clint submitted over 25 applications for other positions in Yamaha’s competitive employment structure. He was personally interviewed on over 17 different positions. While his ambitions were high he knew he had some short comings. So during this process he started going to night school to assist in his ambition of being in the fields of maintenance and or engineering. In January of 2013, determined to push the envelopes of his capabilities, he achieved a 36.3% gain in production single handedly on two different product lines. Clint began doing side welding repair and fabrication jobs in the winter of 2013 and in August of 2015 Clint resigned on good terms from Yamaha and to this day is grateful for the finances, skills and education that he earned there and does recommend other men and women to tenure at Yamaha. We have: jan 9 - mobile welded an aluminum headache rack in Marrow Georgia Jan 8 - returned to down town Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park in down town Atlanta georgia to Gouge out material holding down steel base plates. We used Plasma Cutters and AirArc Gouging. Jan 7- performed a mobile welding repair in Hapeville Ga. It was an aluminum bike repair for Regions Bank Dec31 - Welder went out and performed welding at Centennial Olympic park in down town Atlanta GA. We used 5/16 er7018 welding rods. Dec 28- Welding performed on site on the south side of Atlanta. Customer owned a junkyard and had broken their fork off of their fork lift. The Service Call was during normal business hours and required AirArc Gouging. This was a large metal piece and took quite a bit of time. We then used performed a preheat and welded it with er7018. Dec 28 - Performed onsite fabrication on futon industrial parkway, its on the southern side of atlanta just out side college park. We cut and removed metal grating the welded endcaps on the open ends of the metal pipe. Dec 27- Customer from Buckhead in atlanta ga inside the perimeter of I-285 . Some one had messed up a welding fabrication repair. So we AirArc gouged the filler metal and cleaned up the pump shaft made one customer very happy. Dec 27- Welded a crack on an aluminum engine block on a band new Kohlar motor. The job was located in palmetto ga. It took about 1.5 hours. The aluminum Engine block didn’t leak when we were finished. Dec 24- Did some welding on a log splitter in grantville ga. the cast Iron eyelet was cracked. We gouged out the cast Iron into a V grove and TIG welded up. Dec22-Performed an aluminum Mailbox Repair in Lilburn Georgia also while on site we welded a crack on a set of handrails. Dec22-welded a crack on an aluminum dodge truck wheel in senoia ga. Dec22- performed a repair on an aluminum antique mailbox repair in Austell Georgia. Dec15- removed and replaced front section of the 53 foot box trailer on the aluminum roof. Dec15- performed an aluminum welding repair an aluminum transmission bell housing in East point Georgia. Dec9 - Mobile Trailer repair in Bremen ga. the A-frame on the the trailer was completely broken and we welded back together. Dec7 - Mobile Aluminum Welding repair on a horse trailer in Alpharetta GA. Dec6 - OnSite fabrication on some RedIron using a magDrill and Plasma Cutter. The job was located beside the Mercedes Benz stadium in down town Atlanta Georgia. Nov 26 - portable welding job in Lagrange georgia near me. the aluminum frame on the commercial boat trailer was broken and we welded it on site. Nov 23 - portable welding job in east point south of Atlanta ga. cut out steel sheetmetal floor and welded in steel sheet plates. these customers were super nice the husband was a handyman, but they still needed a mobile welder. Nov 22 - welded on Takeuchi in Lagrange ga. we welded the clamps on the mulching head of the skid steer. Nov 9 - weld repair on the back of a doge charger. this mobile fab job was near me, and to quite some time on site. It was a steel plate. Nov 9 - performed a mobile aluminum welding on some aluminum pipe near Atlanta on the south side. Nov 8 - mobile welding on steel body of ford truck body. near me. Nov 2- Traded some mobile welding work down south Atlanta ga. we welded and fabricated on some farm equipment. none of it was aluminum all of it was steel or stainless steel. Nov 1 welded and fabricated on a steel classic car body. this is one of many portable welding service call we’ll have to make out here.
