Scott Group Studio Social Media User Policy

• We will make every effort to answer all inquiries in a timely manner.
• Our Facebook is monitored during regular business hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm EST.
• We respond to all posts Monday through Thursday within a 24-hour period. On weekends and holidays, we will respond the next business day.
• By submitting content to Scott Group Studio, you verify you are the owner of the content and are not infringing on any one else’s rights of ownership or privacy.
• By submitting content, you agree to allow the content to be used by Scott Group Studio in print or digital media, including but not limited to newsletters, marketing materials, social media or website content.
• Scott Group Studio aims to provide a safe, engaging community. We encourage users to take part our discussions. We will not tolerate personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitous or trolling behavior or foul language. We will remove comments reflecting any of these types of behavior, and will ban repeat offenders from participating in that forum.
