Robotmaster is an off-line programming software that provides quick and easy tools for industrial robotics and manufacturing. Robot programmers can drastically reduce programming time and effort by adopting Robotmaster while maximizing a rapid return on their investment.

Common robot programming challenges typically require intricate user intervention or costly manual editing for producing error-free programs. Robotmaster provides innovative tools to effortlessly optimize robot programs producing error-free robot paths, avoiding singularity zones and collisions, working around joint and reach limitations, and optimizing tool orientations along the entire trajectory. Furthermore, Robotmaster is ideally suited to program robots for such tasks as trimming, de-burring, polishing, welding, dispensing, grinding, spraying, painting and 3D machining, while supporting most industrial robot brands.

Conventional off-line robot software programming solutions are based on either very cumbersome or tedious points to point programming approach or post-processor solutions that offer very little flexibility and functionality.

With Robotmaster CAD/CAM programming, users can generate more profit with their robot by generating programs off-line and eliminating lost production time during programming. Lastly, our robotics programming software reduces programming time from hours to minutes by generating robot control code directly from CAD/CAM tools. 2003: Robotmaster completes three successful implementations with Fanuc, Motoman, and Staubli

2004: Company shifts focus on Robotmaster to program robots for trimming, milling, and polishing applications

2008: Optimization functionality is introduced providing a unique integration of user control and user intervention

2011: Robotmaster V5 is released

2013: Robotmaster Interactive Simulation Environment (RISE) is released and provides a unique tool for programming, visualization and optimization. Company is also named “Game Changer Of The Year” in Motion Control by Robotics Business Review

2015: Robotmaster recognized as 20 Most Promising Robotics Solutions Providers. Mid-year, Robotmaster is acquired by Hypertherm Inc., providing global reach and a stronger foundation, helping to accelerate our long-term growth and vision.
