Questions and concerns will be responded to between Monday and Friday 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. If you have an outage question or concern, we can assist with general information from 5:00 p.m. to about 10:30 p.m. If you have an urgent need please call 800-542-8818. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

Our Facebook page is used to provide news, information, updates and to talk to you, our customer. Questions and comments will be answered during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. On a limited basis, we will assist customer questions and concerns on power outage related issues from 5 p.m. until about 10:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

We will remove off-topic posts, as well as any posts that include personal attacks, offensive language, infringe on copyright or are meant to sell a product or service. In addition, we will not post form letters with the same content from multiple users. In the effort to create an engaging environment for our customers, we reserve the right to delete wall postings that negatively impact overall visitor experience.
