West Virginia Paving, Inc. is a highway/ commercial/ residential grading and paving contractor, performing work throughout West Virginia and Northern Virginia. West Virginia Paving, Inc. is a subsidiary of Oldcastle Materials; the holding company in America for CRH plc. Oldcastle Materials encourages and promotes decentralized operations between each individual company.

West Virginia Paving Inc. companies operate fourteen asphalt plants at various locations throughout the state, and one limestone aggregate quarry located in north central West Virginia. In addition, West Virginia Paving, Inc. has the resources to provide grading, drainage, and materials services. We provide customers the opportunity to have their project constructed from inception to completion while dealing with only one contractor.

Customers for over 30 years have come to respect and depend on our ability to safely and successfully construct projects. We have worked in all of the following fields:

-Airport rehabilitation projects for the Federal Aviation Administration
-Residential parking lots, roadways, and streets for developers
-Commercial site drainage, grading and paving
-Federal and State highway rehabilitation and paving including drainage, grading, and widening upgrades
-Rehabilitation and resurfacing for the West Virginia Parkways Authority
-Produce West Virginia Department of Highways approved aggregates and asphalt products
